We want you to love your Saie glow, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be at least half-full to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the request.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your experience.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original Saie box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
